SAMUELS: On Monday, July 20, 2009, Yetta D. Samuels, beloved wife of the late Irving D. Samuels; loving mother of Karen and Paul Shapiro and Michael and Cathy Samuels, all of Pittsburgh; beloved daughter of the late Emil and Bertha Davis; sister of David (Margie) Davis and Rose Kay Browning (Bernard Faust); sister-in-law of Jane Samuels and the late Norman J. Samuels; beloved grandmother of Dr. Alan Shapiro, Melissa (Howard) Kantrowitz, Rachel Samuels and Benjamin Samuels; niece of Ruth Lessing; also survived by nieces, nephews and dear friend, Joe Petrantoni. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Congregation Beth Shalom, 5915 Beacon Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
