ELINOFF: On Wednesday, April 10, 2013, William (Billy) H. Elinoff; Beloved husband of Paula Epstein Elinoff. Beloved father of Brian and Stacey Elinoff. Son of Yetta and the late Saul Elinoff. Son-in-law of the late Sidney and Annabelle Epstein. Brother of Lois (Ira) Rubin and Sara Elinoff Acker (Peter). Loving uncle of Beth Rubin (Dave Wish), Joel (Nilmini) Rubin and Sophie Acker.
