LEVINE : On Sunday, December 30, 2012, Theodore M. “Ted” Levine; Beloved husband of Muriel “Hunsey” Levine. Beloved father of Dr. Steven Levine and Kenneth Levine. Brother of Jacqueline (late Harvey) Schwartz. Grandfather of Erin (Todd) Schachter, Benjamin, Kaitlyn, Joshua and the late Andrew Levine. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment B’nai Israel Cemetery.
