HELFAND: On Saturday, March 6, 2010, Theodore D. Helfand, 91, of Pittsburgh and Palm Beach Gardens FL., formerly of Erie, PA; husband of the late Edith Linder Helfand; father of Susan (David) Topolsky of Pittsburgh and the late Jeffrey L. Helfand; son of the late Samuel and Sylvia Margolis Helfand; grandfather of Eric Topolsky and Joshua (Laura) Topolsky, all of New York; brother of the late Saul and Albert Helfand, Edith Saunders and Alice Schoenberg; brother-in-law of Shirley and Irving Camp; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services were held at the Burton Westlake Funeral Home, Erie, PA. Interment CBS Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Assisted Living at Weinberg Village, 300 JHF Drive Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
