ALTER: Tema Kleber, on Tuesday, August 20, 2013; Beloved wife of the late Arthur Alter. Loving mother of Marcie Alter of Jerusalem, Israel and Howard (Jamie) Alter of Fairfax, VA. Sister of Dr. Herbert (Anne Burlock Lawver) Kleber of New York City. Grandmother of Benjamin Jonathan Menachem Boruch Alter of Jerusalem, Israel and  Benjamin Maxwell Alter of Fairfax, VA. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment Shaare Torah Cemetery.  www.schugar.com
