Sylvia (Simon) Sacks

SACKS: On Friday, January 3, 2014, in Parkland, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh, PA., Sylvia (Simon) Sacks.  Beloved wife of 71 years to Alvin A. Sacks of Parkland, FL; cherished and loving mother of Phyllis Sacks Lersch of Washington, PA and Ian Sacks of Edwards, CO; loving grandmother of Jessica Nicole Sacks of Denver, CO. She is survived by four loving step-grandchildren, six great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.  Sylvia was a long-time active resident in the Aston Gardens community.  She was a member of their musical chorus and participated in many of their social and charitable activities.
