On Saturday, November 8, 2008, Sydney Simon, beloved husband of the late Esther Prenni Simon; beloved father of Terry and Mark Campasano, Larry and Chris Simon, Bruce Simon and Linda and Richard Cohen; son of the late Ida and David Simon; brother of Morris and Marion Simon and Rosalyn (the late James) BrisBois; grandfather of Maria Esther Simon, Cory Simon Harrigan, Lauren Arndt-Cohen, Elizabeth Ann Simon, Michael David Cohen, Nathan Walter Simon and Marcus Glen Cohen; great-grandfather of Antonio, Autumn and TJ; nephew of Sarah (the late Sol) Simon and the late Gloria (Hyman) Leventon; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Shaare Torah Cemetery.
