Levine; beloved husband of Gina Favish Levine; loving father of Melanie, Stephanie and Ellie; son of the late Rabbi Joseph (Elinore) Levine; brother of Alissa (Roy) Page of Colo.; uncle of Cassidy and Jeremy; nephew of Rabbi Baruch (Corrine) Levine and Bonnie Cohen.
