Allen of Washington; beloved companion of Paula Eger of Penn Hills; son of the late Erwin I. and Julia Gross Romanoff; brother of Edward M. of Morristown, NJ, and George L. (Susan) of Washington; nephew of Elizabeth Labowitz of Pittsburgh; also survived by many nephews. Interment Beth Israel Cemetery, Washington.
