MYERS: On Sunday, March 1, 2009, Sorel L. Myers, 80, of Pittsburgh and Delray Beach, FL; beloved husband of Annie Chijner Myers; beloved father of Francine Darling, Lloyd and Debbie Myers, Simone and Hank Karp and Rita and Andy Rabin, all of Pittsburgh; brother of Mildred and Leo Levin of Philadelphia; adored Grandpa of Jeremy and Andrew Darling, Zachary and Lauren Myers, Emily and Marissa Karp and Micah, Daniella and Eli Rabin; brother-in-law of Carol (the late Sam) and Bessie (the late Morris) Chijner; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and dear friends. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery. Contributions may be made to United Jewish Federation, 234 McKee Pl., Pgh., PA 15213.
