ROSENTHAL: Sidney P. Rosenthal of East End, on Thursday, May 11, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Phyllis Rosenthal. Loving father of Paul (Paula) Rosenthal of North Potomac, Md., and Richard (Carol) Rosenthal of Pittsburgh. Grandfather of Michael (Lauren) Rosenthal and Philip Christy. Great-grandfather of Paige and Clara Rosenthal. Brother of Phyllis Dale and the late Maurice, Leonard and Jack Rosenthal. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Sidney was the manager of Gelman Loan Company for over 50 years. He was also a member of the Jewish War Veterans as well as Adath Jeshurun Congregation. Graveside services and interment were held at Adath Jeshurun Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Temple Sinai, 5505 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 or a charity of the donor’s choice.
