STERN: Shirley Stern, age 91, on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, one day shy of her 92 birthday. Beloved wife of the late Sidney Stern. Loving mother to Mickie Stern Diamond, Marshall Stern and Evette Alti. Beloved grandmother to Avigayil Diamond, Ariella Diamond Hanna, Matthew Alti, Zachary Alti, Josh Alti, Craig Stern and Melody Stern. Great-grandmother to Brendon, Colby and Blake Alti. Funeral service and interment were held in New York. Donations in memory of Shirley may be made to the Jewish Association on Aging, 200 JHF Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15217.
