SAPPER: On Thursday, February 25, 2010, Shirley Mae Blumenthal Sapper, 79, loving wife of Dr. David I. Sapper; mother of Ellen Sapper of Ann Arbor, MI, David B. (Julie) Sapper of Columbus, OH, Pearl G. (Richard) Schwartz of Denver, CO, and Daniel A. Sapper of Rochester, NY; beloved daughter of the late Pearl and Israel Blumenthal; grandmother of Jori, Rachel and Gabe Sapper and Joel and Lisa Schwartz; dear sister of Lillian B. Friedman (the late Paul, nephew Seth) of Pittsburgh, PA, and the late Bernice (late Mickey) Marcovsky; aunt of Merrill Marcovsky (John Joseph), Diane (Ira) Markowitz and Drs. Marc and Jon Levenson. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Tree of Life Cemetery, Sharpsburg.
