MANKIN: Sanford “Sandy”; Age 82, suddenly on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at his home. Beloved husband of Janice Mankin and the late Esther Mankin. Beloved father of Leonard Mankin, Alan Mankin and Bennett Mankin. Step-father of Marci (Phil) Sulkin, Lee (Michelle) Levine and Greg (Heather) Levine. Brother of Gerald (Florence) Mankin and the late Shirley Zeiden. Grandpa of Melissa, Julie, Easton, Elias and Esther Mankin, Andrew Bunch, Mark Sulkin, Brandon, Derek and Ashley Levine. Also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. Sandy served in the Korean War as a Mess Sergeant which lead into his career as a deli owner of Sandy’s Deli for over 50 years. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment B’nai Israel Cemetery. Contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice. www.schugar.com
