Rosenberg: Samuel Rosenberg age 100, of Patterson Township died Tuesday November 9, 2010 in Heritage Valley, Beaver from complications related to a fall he suffered Tuesday, October 26th. Born August 1, 1910 in Beaver Falls, he was the son of the late Abraham & Anna ( Rose) Rosenberg. He was the former owner for over fifty years of a general store bearing his name. He was a member of the former United Jewish Community Center of Beaver Valley, a life member of B’nai Brith and also was a US Army Veteran of WWII. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law Gerry & Idelle Rosenberg, Rockville, MD and two grandchildren Allison Rosenberg, New York, NY & Danny Rosenberg, Rockville, MD. He is also survived by a sister Jeanette Neuman and brother-in-law Samuel Neuman of Pittsburgh as well as by Shirley and Emery Kubrin (sister-in-law and brother-in-law) also of Pittsburgh. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Georgia Rosenberg, November 9, 2009; four brothers: Chuck, Eli, Harry & Meyer Rosenberg and a sister Elizabeth Rosenberg. Internment will follow in Agudath Achim Cemetery, Patterson Township.
