SPITZ: Sam Spitz; On Monday, December 22, 2014; After a long and courageous battle. Beloved and cherished husband of Marcia Sokolow Spitz. Loving father of Randi (Anthony) Cost, Dayna Spitz (Christian Jensen). Devoted stepfather of David Sokolow, Shari (Vince) Sacca, Jaison (Susan) Sokolow and Heather Sokolow. Brother of Stuart Spitz, Mimi Santee and the late Barbara Bonner. Adored Papa of Max and Eli Gelernter. Step-grandpa of Brandon and Andrew Sacca, Ari and Ethan Sokolow and Riley Sokolow. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery.
