NCSY Garden Sizzler barbecue

More than 250 people signed up for this year’s NCSY Garden Sizzler barbecue, which was held Tuesday, July 31, at the home of Dan and Nina Butler in Squirrel Hill.
This year’s delicacies included freshly grilled steak, spicy Bayou chicken, beer-drenched rosemary drummettes, Korean ribs, Rocky Mountain ribs, slow smoked brisket, smoked peppered turkey, pulled beef hot dogs and chili (for chili dogs). Proceeds from the sold-out event — now in its 21st season — supports the NCSY, which connects Jewish teens and encourages passionate Judaism through Torah and tradition.
