BACKAL: Myrna Frand Kloss Backal; On Thursday, October 31, 2013; Beloved wife of the late Benjamin Kloss and the late Milton Backal. Loving mother of Herbert Kloss, MD of Seattle, WA and Sherry Kloss of IN.  Sister of Lillian Frand (Jules) Silberg of Sarasota, FL. Adored grandmother of Arielle Elizabeth Kloss, Elana Rose Kloss and Levi Benjamin Kloss. Always a friend to her nieces, nephews, a cousin and dear friends. The epitome of humanism, she was a passionate writer, musician, educator and she continued learning every moment of her life.  Graveside services and interment were held on Sunday at Shaare Zedeck Cemetery.
