Troy Jacobson, a freshman at Pittsburgh Allderdice, won the 113-pound weight class of the District 8 (City League) Wrestling Championships on Saturday, Feb. 17, held at Carrick High School. He defeated Joe Dang, a senior from Carrick, by pin in the second period. Troy qualified for the PIAA NW Regional Championship being held March 2-3 at the Altoona Field House.
