TEPPER: On Friday, November 12, 2010, Marcella S. (Tootsie) Tepper, beloved wife of Bernard J. Tepper; step-mother of Arlene (Ron) Shuller of Cincinnati, OH and David E. Tepper of Pittsburgh; sister of Morton Simons of Delray Beach, FL, the late David Simons and Gerald Simons; grandmother of Betsy Shuller of New York City, Scott (Erin) Shuller of Cleveland, OH and Joshua Tepper of Jersey City, NJ; also survived by many nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Beth Shalom Cemetery.
