Lt. Col. (Ret.) Elaine H. Berkowitz will be honored at the Pennsylvania Commission for Women’s Female Veteran’s Day celebration for her military service.

In celebration of her military service and Women’s History Month, Lt. Col. (Ret.) Elaine H. Berkowitz will be honored at the Pennsylvania Commission for Women’s Female Veteran’s Day celebration, which will be held at the Governor’s Residence, in Harrisburg, on March 28.

Berkowitz served in the United States Army Reserves for 38 years and had four deployments.
