Letter to the editor March 17
Appreciation for the Jewish Healthcare Foundation
Thanks to The Chronicle for its March 9 article on AgeWell Pittsburgh being named as a finalist for the Collaboration Prize (“AgeWell Pittsburgh recognized as a model for collaboration”). It’s a well-deserved accolade. I would like to point out that this effort would not be successful without the generous support of the Jewish Healthcare Foundation, which provides a $900,000 annual allocation to the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh to distribute to local human service agencies (including the three AgeWell Pittsburgh collaborating agencies, as well as a separate allocation to AgeWell Pittsburgh).
