June Malkin

MALKIN: June Malkin, 88, of North Port Florida, died on May 10, 2015.  June was native to Pittsburgh and was married to the late Louis Malkin, a prominent photographer in the Pittsburgh area.  June was heavily involved in volunteer work in Pittsburgh and in Florida.  She is survived by her sons Auvie (Nancy) of Wilmington, Del., and Rick of Nashville, Tenn.; grandchildren Matt Malkin (Wendy) and Stacey Milunsky (Jacob) and great-grandchildren Lucy and Maisy Malkin and Ben Milunsky.  June’s sisters are Dolores Zatman, Marlene Gelman and Elaine Shore. Donations can be made to Parkinson Foundation of Western Pennsylvania, 3468 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237. A graveside service was held at Restlawn Cemetery in Port Charlotte.
