SHAFFER: On Thursday, August 27, 2009, Julius Shaffer, beloved husband of the late Gladys Leifer Shaffer; loving father of Ellen Holly Shaffer; brother of Norman (Shirley) Shaffer of Las Vegas, NV; brother-in-law of Martha Flam; uncle of Ethel Flam and other nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Sons of Israel Cemetery.
