Jane P. (Kelly) Sheffler

SHEFFLER: Jane P. (Kelly) Sheffler, on Monday, July 4, 2016, age 79, of Miami, Florida, formerly of Pittsburgh. Beloved wife of the late Leonard W. Sheffler; cherished mother of the late James R. Alexander, Michael Sheffler (Beth) of Orrville, Ohio, and Kelly Schwimer (Charles) of Pittsburgh; adored grandmother of Elena and Levi, and Sean. Also survived by caring stepson Marc Sheffler of Los Angeles and caring stepdaughter, Janice Thomas of Gainesville, Fla., and so many loving nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in Miami in September. In addition to her children and grandchildren, Jane’s legacy is the joy (and sass!) she brought to customers and co-workers in Dining Services at Baptist Hospital in Miami where she worked for nearly 25 years. Contributions honoring Jane’s life are being accepted and can be made by clicking on the Baptist Hospital’s American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life, an annual event Jane supported.
