KRAMER: On Monday, February 23, 2009, Irwin D. (Irv) Kramer, loving partner of Patricia Glackin; beloved father of Beth Bourd Jenkins, Neil Specter, Evan Kramer and Sheila K. (Charles) Koffman; brother of Hersha Kramer (Lee)Goldman; grandfather of Shannon and Samantha Specter, Alyssa and Grace Kramer, Jennifer, Martee, Rebecca and Jacob Koffman and Madeline Glackin; great-grandfather of Michael Elliott; also survived by nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment private. Contributions may be made to COTA, 2501 West COTA Dr., Bloomington, IN 47403.
