BASSEL: On Tuesday, May 8, 2012, Hyla Fuss Bassel of Richmond Va.; beloved wife (of 57 years) of Morton Bassel; mother of Larry Bassel, Lisa Drummond and Robert Bassel; daughter of Samuel and Edith Fuss of Pittsburgh; sister of Miriam Chizeck and Gilda Fuss Pervin; grandmother of Hannah Drummond; mother-in-law of Barbara Frezza, Lynn Pargo and Lanny Drummond. Hyla was a graduate of Taylor Allderdice High School and the University of Pittsburgh. For over 20 years she was the owner and director of Able Peronnel in Richmond, Va. Services were held in Richmond on May 13, 2012.
