In honor of Passover and the celebration of the Exodus from Egypt, Hillel Academy students experienced a little bit of what it was like to leave Egypt. The students left Egypt with a “fire” and a “cloud.”

They then ran in between the waves of the Sea of Reeds. They became thirsty and went searching for water in Midbar Shur, continued traveling through the “desert” and came to Midbar Sin, now hungry.

It rained popcorn and the students enjoyed a nice snack before continuing their journey. They received the Torah at Har Sinai before returning to class to learn Torah with their teachers.
