Singer of Garland, Texas; son of the late George and Freida Postal Singer; brother of Jack (Evelyn) Singer; uncle of Jeremy and Juliet Singer; also survived by longtime family friends, Lisa, Joyce and AI James of Carrollton, Texas; and his “Buddies” at MCDQnalds-Garland. Herb was born on Feb. 25, 1929 in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was a retired businessman in the jewelry business in Dallas, Texas. Services were held at Beth Shalom Cemetery.
