Friendship Circle celebrates seven years of ‘friendship’ in the Burgh
Some 600 people packed the ballroom of the Omni William Penn Hotel, Downtown, Sunday, for The Friendship Circle’s annual celebration and graduate presentation.
Fifty-one young people from across the area were among this year’s graduates, one of whom — Dani Plung — addressed the gathering.
In addition to a video presentation about the work of Friendship Circle, titled “Friendship is Priceless,” Ilyssa Ringold and Marc Unangst spoke about the organization from a parent’s perspective.
There was also a raffle drawing, a graduate photo and gift presentation and an executive report by Rabbi Mordy Rudolph and Dr. Danny Rosen.
Friendship Circle is in its seventh year in Pittsburgh.
