LANDAY: On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, Fred “Freddy” Landy; Husband of Annie Landay. Beloved son of Dolly and the late Donald Landay. Father of Dylan and Taylor Landay. Cherished brother of Susan and Robert Nitzberg of Sewickley and Judy Ryave of Upper St. Clair. Treasured brother-in-law of Janet and Ansel Schwartz and Lisa and Brian Lurie. Loving uncle of Michael and Laura Nitzberg, Diane Nitzberg, Eli Nitzberg and Daniel, Jacob and Allie Ryave. Fun loving uncle of Gilly and Michelle Lurie and Zoe, Louis and Mariel Schwartz. Close friend and companion of Lisa Goldman. Freddy was the founder of The Appliance Warehouse, a Jefferson Award Winner and a longtime volunteer for the Aleph Institute.
