Won’t You Be My Neighbor? Welcoming Refugees in Pittburgh
How can we help refugees in Pittsburgh feel welcomed?
Working with representatives of Pittsburgh’s diverse communities, Women of Reform Judaism (WRJ) address the issues and needs of immigrants who seek to make Pittsburgh their home.
Join us to hear from a panel featuring Monica Ruiz of Casa San Jose, Leslie Aizenman of Jewish Family & Children’s Services (JF&CS), and Leslie Brier, Women of Reform Judaism’s (WRJ) United Nations representative with moderator Rabbi Keren Gorban of Temple Sinai. Several refugee support agencies will staff information tables with representatives available to answer questions.
