Rodef Shalom Brotherhood Flu Shot Clinic

Rodef Shalom Congregation, 4905 Fifth Ave, is partnering with Rite Aid Pharmacy to offer two flu shot clinics that are open to the public. Please RSVP so the pharmacist can bring an adequate supply of vaccines. Please complete the screening questionnaire and consent form at rodefshalom.org/rsvp and bring the completed form to the clinic to expedite the process. Covered by most major health insurances.
