DESCRIPTION:title: Better Choices\, Better Health\ndescription: Program is a workshop for adults to interact with people with similar conditions and concerns about health issues.  There will be brainstorming\, making weekly actions plans\, set goals that are important to you and hearing feedback and problem solving to meet those goals. Participants will receive a companion book\, Living a Healthy Life with a Chronic Condition.”  Program will begin October 4th.\nand  will meet for six consecutive Thursdays from 9:30 to 12:00.
