Demby/Rosenthal: Drs. Yonah and Alan Demby and Lynn and Jeff Rosenthal, all of Squirrel Hill, are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Lauren Renee Demby and Jesse Asher Rosenthal.

Lauren graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in architectural studies. She is the owner and operator of Lauren Renee Designs, a full-service photography business.

Jesse graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a master’s of arts in teaching degree. He is a professional development specialist for ASSET STEM Education.

Lauren’s grandparents are Adele and George Abrams and the late Eugene Nielsen and Dorothy and the late Robert Demby.

Jesse’s grandparents are Mort and Paula Rubin and the late Dolores K. Rubin and Florence and the late Donald Rosenthal, all of Squirrel Hill.
