Blumberg Devon; son of the late Leo and Lillian Markowitz Devon; brother of the late Jesse Devon; also survived by niece Renee Novick of San Francisco, CA. Services were held at R. Cunningham Funeral Home Inc. Interment Temple Israel Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Temple Hadar Israel, 403 E. Moody Ave., New Castle, PA 16105.
