LEVINE, DDS: On Saturday, March 28, 2009, Donald L. Levine, DDS, 90, of Clearwater, FL, formerly of Pittsburgh; father of Donald L. Levine, Jr. (Sybil Lieberman) of Pittsburgh, Charles (Melanie) Raffaelli and Susan Levine (Wendy Friedman), all of CA; grandfather of Charlene, Erin and David; also survived by three great-grandchildren; former father-in-law of Rita Levine. Services were held at Beth-El Congregation. Contributions may be made to JCC of the South Hills, 345 Kane Blvd., Pgh., PA 15243 or to Kane Regional Center Scott Twp., 300 Kane Blvd., Pgh., PA 15243.
