Lawyers for both sides in the case against a man charged with killing 11 Jews at the Tree of Life building on Oct. 27, agreed to extend discovery by 120 days. The decision followed a brief meeting between the sides in federal court last week. The defendant did not appear in court but has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Prosecutors have not announced whether they will seek the death penalty. PJC
