Lawyers for both sides in the case against a man charged with killing 11 Jews at the Tree of Life building on Oct. 27, agreed to extend discovery by 120 days. The decision followed a brief meeting between the sides in federal court last week. The defendant did not appear in court but has pleaded not guilty to the charges.
