Correction: Recipe in this week’s Chronicle Cooks not kosher

The Chronicle Cooks printed a Chicken Waldorf Salad recipe in the July 18 edition that requires an ingredient substitution. The yogurt ingredient should read kosher soy pareve yogurt. The Chronicle regrets the editing error.
