Congregation Beth Shalom to host installation of Israeli art

Congregation Beth Shalom will host an installation of Israeli art from the Safrai Gallery in Jerusalem, Sept. 22 to 25 at the synagogue.
The four-day event will feature an opening-night premiere party and a day co-hosted and sponsored alongside Pittsburgh-based nonprofit organizations, as well as daily sales that are open to the general public.
The exhibition will feature a display of fine art, representing artists in a variety of media and styles from the Safrai Gallery, which has been in business for nearly 80 years. More than 1,500 works by Israeli artists will be on display and available for purchase.
