APTER: On Tuesday, January 5, 2010, Cecile Z. Apter, 104; beloved wife of the late Charles Apter; loving mother of Marjorie Mann, Racelle (Dr. Morton) Goldstein and Dr. Lewis I. (Cynthia) Apter; sister of the late Dr. George Zugsmith; also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
