Calvin L. Levinson

LEVINSON: Calvin L. Levinson passed away on December 23, 2012 at the age of 89 in Woodland Hills, California. A lifelong Pittsburgh resident before moving to the West Coast in 2006 to be closer to family, Cal is remembered as a dedicated worker, loyal friend, and loving son, brother, husband, father, uncle and grandfather. He is predeceased by his wife Jean and sister Paula Finkelstein, and leaves to cherish his memory sons Marc Levinson (Betsy) of Houston, Texas and David Levinson (Andrea Jacobs) of Encino, California; grandchildren Sarah Levinson, Michelle Levinson, Brian Jacobs (Natalie), and Erica Jacobs Dooley (Jarrett); great-grandchildren Ethan, Jackson and Owen; and extended family and friends whose lives were enriched by his warmth and generosity of spirit. Cal will also be missed by the families of Levinson Steel, Horovitz Rudoy & Roteman, and Temple Sinai.
