Sikov, 91, of St. Barnabas, FL., formerly of Natrona Heights; wife of the late Irving Sikov; mother of Ed Sikov of New York City and Costas (Barbara Blackmond) Karakatsanis of Pittsburgh; daughter of the late Walter and Stella (Koch) Cohen; grandmother of Alec Karakatsanis; sister of the late Alice Harrison. Services and interment were private. Contributions may be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Suite 1509, NY, NY 10018. Arrangements by Duster Funeral Home, Inc., Tarentum.
