GOODMAN: On Wednesday, August 5, 2009, Ben Goodman, beloved husband of Betty and the late Beatrice Goodman; beloved father of Kathy (Jack) Bouker of Akron, OH and Roslyn (Sanford) Neiman of Pittsburgh; brother of the late Ruth Friedman; grandfather of Joshua, Justin, Emily, Noah, Parker and five great grandchildren; also survived by devoted step-children Lynne (Hugh) Biggin of Berwyn, Philadelphia, Jeffrey (Kara) Paull of Walnut Creek, CA and grandchildren Stephen, Blair, Justin and Joshua. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Homewood Cemetery, Star of David Section. Contributions may be made to Pittsburgh Emergency Medical Services, 700 Filbert Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
