SCHECHTER: Beatrice Schechter of Oakmont formerly of Squirrel Hill, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, November 27, 2012; Beloved wife of the late Milton J. Schechter. Loving mother of Ronna (Alan) Cantor and Laura (Steve) Spiegel. Devoted grandmother of Jill Cantor (Greg Goldner), Rachel (James) Fogarty, Jennifer Spiegel and Josh Spiegel. Great-grandmother of two. Sister of Barbara (Jerry) Dines and the late Abe Weiner and Bernard Weiner. Survived by nieces and  nephews and great nieces and nephews. A very special thank you to the wonderful staff and the excellent caregivers at Woodside Place of Presbyterian SeniorCare where Bea resided for two years. With gratitude to Family Hospice and Palliative Care and The Woodside II unit at The Willows where Bea spent the last six weeks of her life. Services and Interment Private.
