OAKS: On Wednesday, May 9, 2012, Arthur Eugene; Beloved husband of Janis Oaks. Beloved father of Sarah (Michael) Cloughley of Radnor, PA and Sheila (Douglas) Elpern of Yorba Linda, CA. Also survived by one granddaughter and nieces and nephews. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc. Interment B’nai Israel Cemetery.
