Arlene Adelman

ADELMAN: Peacefully on August 5, 2015, Arlene Adelman, 72, courageous, loving wife of Herbert Adelman for almost 47 years. Her brother is Dr. Allen Chodock of White Plains, N.Y. Arlene and Herbert were the parents of their late son, Jeremy I. Adelman.  Arlene’s parents were the late Joseph and Leah Chodock.  Arlene was a physical therapist for almost 40 years. Home care, hospitals and agency assignments were her specialties.  She fought valiantly against multiple cancers. But her spirit and her determination live on in those who have known her, as well as those she helped to heal.  Graveside service at Beth Abraham Cemetery, 800 Stewart Lane, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, on Friday, August 7 at 2:30 p.m.  Contributions can be made for cancer research or for any organizations helping people or wildlife.  Arrangements trusted to D’Alessandro Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd., Lawrenceville.
