MILLER: Annette Miller, Jan. 17, 1924 – Oct. 20, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Miller; loving mother of Lorraine (Arthur) Vactor and the late Renie Franklin. Proud grandmother of Michael (Lisa) Vactor, Ginger (Howard) Schwartz and Monica (Larry) Piper. Great-grandmother of Danielle and Ethan Vactor, Hannah and Jake Schwartz and Kaylynn Piper.
