Levine, MD, of Los Angeles, CA, and Dr. and Mrs Andrew (Judy Levine) Roth of Cincinnati, OH; sister of Louis Kalik of Pittsburgh, PA and half sister of Louis Kalik of Granada Hills, CA, the late Sarah Weissman, Ben Kalik and Jeannette Cohen; grandmother of Spencer Preis and Ilana Roth Preis, Benjamin Roth, David Roth, Victoria Roth, Bob and Nancy Shapera Barbach, Todd and Carolyn Levitt and Jodi Shapera Yeager; great grandmother of Shira, Talia and Esther Preis, Jordan and Erin Barbach, Spencer, Evan and Lexie Levitt and Cole and Jack Yeager; also survived by sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services were held at Ralph Schugar Chapel, Inc., 5509 Centre Ave., Shadyside. Interment Kether Torah Cemetery.
