Andrea G. Schachter, age 62, of Forest Hills, on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2011. Beloved wife of Jonathan; loving mother of Lauren; sister of Patricia (Michael) Hourvitz; daughter of the late Louis and Florence (nee Dorfman) Green of Johnstown, Pa; daughter-in-law of Jacob L. and the late Jeanne Schachter; sister-in-law of David (Debra), Avram (Estaire) Schachter; nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be held at Beth Shalom Cemetery Sunday, noon. Memorial contributions may be made to Mazon-A Jewish Response to Hunger or a charity of your choice.
